Job Title: Production Worker - Auditor I

Quaker Windows is one of the fastest growing companies in mid-Missouri. This manufacturing position inspects manufactured or processed products to ensure compliance with standards or specifications. There are current opportunities at each of our four manufacturing facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspects manufactured or processed products to ensure compliance with standards or specifications.
  • Inspects company's quality control system for compliance with legal requirements.
  • Inspects shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards.
  • Submits samples of product to laboratory for testing.
  • Inspects product to determine specifications and results of quality tests; and approves or rejects product.
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
  • Is consistently at work and on time.
  • Follows instructions, ability to work as part of a team, responds to direction, commits to extra hours of work when necessary to reach goals, completes tasks on time.
  • Monitors own work to ensure quality, and components are as ordered.
  • Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strives to increase productivity.
  • Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions ; uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required by manager. No supervisory responsibilities.


  • Ability to perform these operations using units of Standard measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry process and inspection instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables.

Education and/or Experience
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to climactic variations, to various levels of vibration, and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
